The website El Mexicano reported that he was taken to the hospital after he was knocked unconscious. Others have reported that Perro Jr. hit the ropes wrong after being kicked by Rey Mysterio and it looked like he had been knocked out prior to the 619 attempt which was suppose to be a double team 619 were both Aguayo and Manik were supposes to move, but only Manik moved while Aguayo remained unconscious on the ropes. Several mentioned that he wasn’t just unconscious but not breathing as well which led to the paramedics rushing in to his aid.
