Dustin Jacoby saved the best for last.

The veteran light heavyweight added to his impressive knockout tally with a late knockout of Vitor Petrino on the main card of UFC Tampa. It was a much-needed win for Jacoby, who entered Saturday’s card at Amalie Arena on a 1-4 slump.

After two and a half rounds of uneven action—that drew a smattering of boos from the Florida fans—Jacoby found a home for a right hand that cracked Petrino’s jaw and sent him spinning down to the canvas. No follow-up punches were necessary and Jacoby got to enjoy a walk-off KO.

It was the 20th pro MMA win for Jacoby and his 13th via strikes.

Few saw the finish coming, including Jacoby’s fellow fighters. UFC lightweight Terrance McKinney reacted to the finishing strike on Twitter, writing, “Out of nowhere sheeeeeesh.”
