Bully got himself so fired up defending Flair that eventually began brainstorming ways to get Flair even more heat than she may or may not already have. Eventually, Bully settled on an idea that would see Flair become the dominant woman of not just "Raw" or "SmackDown," but the "NXT" brand as well.

"If you gave me the pencil, I would f*****g have this woman hated in every continent on the planet," Bully said. "She'd be the 'Raw' Champion, the 'SmackDown' Champion, and the 'NXT' Champion, all at the same time. And I would use Charlotte Flair to build every woman in the territory. I'd put all three straps on her."
