This one is not for the squeamish, as the first fight at PFL Road to Dubai Champions Series ended in the first round due to a nasty injury.
Haider Khan squared off with Mostafa Nada in a middleweight bout to start the 10-fight card at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. However, things came to a screeching stop in the first round when Khan (9-1) caused a nasty injury to Nada (9-4) at 3:18 of Round 1 to end the fight by TKO.
Khan unleashed a powerful kick to the midsection. Nada brought his left arm in to block it, but as a result, his arm snapped upon impact. Nada appeared ready to continue fighting, but he noticed his arm bending in a direction it wasn’t supposed to. He calmly signaled to the referee that his arm was broken, immediately ending the fight.
