Two former championship contenders need victories, but only one gets redemption.

Thai knockout artist Sinsamut Klinmee meets British destroyer George Jarvis in lightweight Muay Thai at ONE Fight Night 41. This goes down on Friday, March 13, inside Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium. The showdown features two fighters seeking redemption after recent setbacks, making this encounter critical for their ONE World Title aspirations.

Sinsamut returns to his Muay Thai roots after a brief kickboxing detour. The Team Mehdi Zatout standout brings an impressive 83-21 career slate built since his journey through the sport began at age 4. His promotional arrival made immediate waves at ONE X in March 2022, where he demolished Dutch striking legend Nieky Holzken with a stunning one-punch knockout.

Those performances earned him a shot at the inaugural ONE Lightweight Muay Thai World Championship against divisional kickboxing kingpin Regian Eersel in 2022. The 30-year-old Thai star pushed the Dutch-Surinamese athlete through five grueling rounds before falling short via split decision. Their March 2023 rematch ended more decisively with Eersel securing a knockout victory.

Sinsamut rebounded with two wins in 2023 before enduring a challenging 2024 that saw him drop consecutive bouts. He roared back with a TKO victory over Nauzet Trujillo at ONE 170, showcasing his resilience. His most recent outing featured him returning to kickboxing against Holzken, suffering a knockout defeat. Now he refocuses on Muay Thai to reignite his pursuit for gold.

George Jarvis seeks bounce-back after title shot setback

George Jarvis brings youth and knockout power to this pivotal matchup. The Lumpini Crawley representative holds a 27-5 professional record and 4-2 promotional mark.

After a narrow split-decision debut loss in September 2023, Jarvis strung together impressive victories in the ONE Friday Fights series. His breakthrough arrived at ONE Friday Fights 85 in November 2024, when he spectacularly knocked out Thai veteran Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong to secure a six-figure main roster contract.

The Englishman made his U.S. primetime debut count at ONE Fight Night 30 in April 2025, dominating Mouhcine Chafi via unanimous decision. Riding a four-fight winning streak, he challenged Eersel for lightweight Muay Thai gold but absorbed a first-round knockout defeat at ONE Fight Night 34 last August.

March’s lightweight showdown delivers redemption stakes for one of these former ONE World Title challengers in Bangkok. The winner moves closer to another championship opportunity. The loser faces questions about whether title contention remains realistic.
