Marney Maxx is missing his arm past the point of his left elbow, but he still packs a hell of a punch with his right hand.

In a fight Friday at Shooto Brasil 127, Maxx (6-4) smoked opponent Esterferson da Silva (0-1) with a brutal right hand and follow-up strikes to win by first-round knockout. The event took place at Upper Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

While the performance was a breakthrough due to the virality of the finish on social media, it wasn’t Maxx’s first rodeo. He’s competed as a professional MMA fighter since 2013. Four of his six career wins have come by knockout. The other two have come by submission.

With the victory, Maxx enters the first three-fight winning streak of his career.
