MMA fighters often don’t do well when they switch to specific martial arts competitions like jiu-jitsu or boxing, but that has far been the case for Sean Brady.
The UFC welterweight contender found success once again outside the cage and on the mat after winning yet another grappling match under the Fury Pro Grappling banner. Brady submitted veteran grappler and 10th planet jiu-jitsu black belt Richie “Boogieman” Martinez in the main event of Fury Grappling 12, which went down at 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Penn., on Saturday.
Below, you can watch Brady’s nasty finishing mounted guillotine:

Competing for Fury Pro Grappling, Brady has picked up wins over former UFC fighter Ben Saunders and grappling standout Craig Jones.
On the MMA side of things, Brady is currently on a two-fight winning streak since suffering his first career loss, which came to current UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad at UFC 280. He’s picked up back-to-back victories over Kelvin Gastelum and, most recently, former title challenger Gilbert Burns in the UFC Fight Night 242 headliner.
After the event, Brady, once again, called out former UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards for a showdown in March at a UFC Fight Night event in London.
