Perez says the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge can be life changing, and the winner will receive a shot at her NXT Women's Championship. She says speaking from experience, the match isn't easy but the women competing in this year's match are all second to her. She then sizes up the competition of the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge between Wren Sinclair, Giulia, Zaria, and Stephanie Vaquer.

Solo Ruca's music cuts Perez off, and she makes her way out followed by Zaria, Vaquer, and Giulia. Perez tells the four women that they have to get through each other before they can get to her, and they all begin to brawl. Sinclair emerges at ringside and clocks Perez, then holds up the NXT Women's Championship.

We then head backstage and see that Eddy Thorpe has been attacked. He clutches his arm as medical officials, Axiom Nathan Frazer, Lexis King, and Cedric Alexander all check on him and the show goes off the air.
