WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN/FOX: Big portion of OVO Hydro in Glasgow remains unsold for Smackdown

post-img

With one week to go, Smackdown in Glasgow at the OVO Hydro
still has a long way to go to resemble somewhat of a full
arena as expensive tickets continue to prevent the majority
of fans from buying.

The cheapest ticket for Smackdown next Friday on
Ticketmaster is £93.50 at the very top, which is the
equivalent of $120. WWE started a Me+3 4-pack selling at
£70.80 each if you go for four tickets together.

But large sections of the arena, including the absolute
majority of the floor, remain unsold, and there is a lot of
work to be done to make this presentable.

The cheapest floor ticket is £172.95, or the equivalent of
$220. That is at the very end of the floor where probably
you won’t be able to even see the ring properly. Ringside
seats are going for £882.70, or $1,130, and remember, this
is just for a Smackdown and not even the premium live event.

While WWE managed to eventually sell all their inventory for
Backlash in France, Scotland is proving to be a harder job
to accomplish even with Drew McIntyre in the top billing.
